New billing model for Plesk products

As of September 15th 2017, we will release a new and slightly changed billing model for Plesk licenses. The change will not affect amounts that you pay on a monthly basis, but it will just make invoices more granular.

Currently we bill licenses per order. But from mid-September on we will start billing per SKU (stock keeping unit). This will help us to optimise our internal processes and put our billing into correspondence with our supplier’s billing.

Currently, if you look into your invoice, you will see only the total amount that you paid per license. After this new billing model is released, every feature or option of the license that has its own SKU will be billed separately.

For instance: currently, Plesk Onyx Web Admin Edition with PowerPack is billed as a single item. But starting from the September invoice, when the new billing model will be released for Plesk, such licenses will be billed as two separate items:

• Plesk Onyx (SKU: PLSK-ADM-M);
• and PowerPack (SKU: PLSK-ADD-PP-M).
